What are ListPacks®?
ListPacks help you drive engagement and capture new leads on your social channels with themed collections of listings in market areas of your choosing! As an additional time-saver, you’ll also receive a suggested caption that you can use when sharing on social media.
Who has access to ListPacks®?
Paired agents and loan officers have automatic access to ListPacks.
How do I access my ListPacks®?
ListPacks can be accessed from your Daily ListReport email, your Home page, Shareables tab, or from the ListPacks tab in your ListReports® account.
Is there a cost to ListPacks®?
ListPacks are completely free for agents and included in loan officer’s Elite subscription.
What types of ListPacks® do you provide?
We provide Custom Live ListPacks, Suggested Live ListPacks, and ListPacks from the Property Search tab.
What are Live ListPacks®?
Live ListPacks are automatically updated to reflect active properties on the MLS, even after being shared. You can create your own Custom Live ListPacks by clicking on the Live ListPacks tab.
What are suggested Live ListPacks?
In addition to Custom Live ListPacks, we provide suggested Live ListPacks, pre-curated for your convenience. These can also be found in the Live ListPacks tab.

How do I navigate the ListPacks® section of my account?
In the ListPacks tab, you will see three tabs: My ListPacks, Live ListPacks, and Property Search.
- The Live ListPacks tab is where you can share Suggested Live ListPacks, create a new Custom Live ListPack, as well as view ListPacks you’ve created.
- The My ListPacks tab is where you can find all of your active ListPacks, both live and static. Here you can easily search, view, and share any of your ListPacks!
- Use the Property Search tab to find active listings within your market area and filter preferences.
What is the Property Search tab?
The Property Search tab is another great tool that allows you to identify individual listings to share as a ListPack. Just enter your market area and filters such as bedrooms or price, and we will populate a list of active listings for you to choose from.
Important note: Unlike the Live ListPacks, ListPacks made from the Property Search will not be automatically updated, and can only be edited manually.
How many ListPacks® can I make?
Users can create as many custom ListPacks as they like.
Can I edit my ListPacks®?
Users can select as many filters as they’d like, but upon saving, if the ListPack is filtered too severely that the pack has no listings, we’ll notify you and ask you to remove filters.
How often do custom ListPacks® update?
Custom ListPacks update live as homes are listed and sold.
How do I share on Facebook?

How do I share on Instagram?
While we don’t recommend posting ListPacks on Instagram due to their interactive nature, for instructions on how to post ListPacks to Instagram, click here.
Does ListReports® include the listing agent’s information?
ListPacks include information on both the agent who created the ListPack and the listing agent in order to meet the requirements of our partners.
Why do the listing agent’s contact details appear on a ListPack?
This is a requirement from our partners that we must adhere to. We’re doing everything we can to ensure that your presence is as prominent and thoughtful as possible throughout the experience.
Can agents buy ListPacks®?
No. As registered subscribers, real estate agents and brokers have access to advertising collateral for free.
Why is my listing missing from ListReports®?
There are a few reasons why a listing may not be posted on our site:
- It may not be active on your Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
- It takes between 15 minutes to 24 hours for a listing to be added to our database.
- It may be that we do not currently have coverage in your market.
We aggregate data from multiple sources and continue to add new data providers. Even so, there are cases where we might not have full coverage in your specific area. Our team has reconciliation methods that can often provide results instantly, or occasionally within 24-72 hours. If you have questions or concerns, please contact support@listreports.com.
Can I post a home for sale directly on ListReports®?
No, not at this time.
Can I make changes to a listing within ListPacks?
ListPacks is sourced from outside data sources and therefore you cannot edit your listing information within ListPacks. This must be done on the MLS.
How do I remove a listing?
Listings that are not for sale or recently sold do not appear in search results. However, we do not remove these listings from our system unless requested explicitly by a MLS or the home’s purchaser.
I see there is an option to connect my MLS IDX feed to enhance this feature. What does this do to my ListPacks?
Connecting your MLS IDX feed allows for the most up to date information to be displayed within your ListPacks. Although we may recommend for you to connect your MLS, it is not required. If you do not connect your MLS IDX feed, we utilize multiple sources to provide the listing data that is displayed.
How do I connect my MLS IDX feed?
- Go to your ListPacks tab within your ListReports account.
- Click on any of the Live ListPacks.
- Under the Live ListPack Image Preview, you will find a dark blue information box like the one below
- Click “enhance this feature” and a pop up will appear.
- Fill out what MLS(s) you would like to have access to along with your Broker’s First and Last Name.

Loan Officers
What are ListPacks?
ListPacks are themed collections of listings designed specifically to help agents start conversations with clients and followers on Facebook and LinkedIn. Each ListPack is themed around a particular home feature or commonality, designed to engage and educate connections on social media within a specified market.
To save time, suggested captions are provided that can be used to accompany agents’ social media posts.
Who has access to ListPacks®?
Paired licensed real estate agents with a ListReports account have access to ListPacks. Loan officers with an Elite subscription and who are paired with a licensed real estate agent will have access to our suggested Live ListPack Shareables.
How does an agent access ListPacks®?
ListPacks are sent directly to an agent’s inbox via their Daily ListReport email. They are also accessible from the agent’s Home page and ListPacks tab in their ListReports account.
Do you provide loan officers with any data, metrics, or insights into how agents are using ListPacks®?
Yes! For agents who use ListPacks, the loan officer they are paired with will be notified whenever a consumer fills out a ListPacks lead form. The lead’s information can then be accessed in the My Leads tab of the paired loan officer’s ListReports account.
