When you pair with a loan officer on ListReports®, you’ll automatically unlock industry-leading lead capture tools, shareable housing market data, and our high-quality listing distribution tool, ListPacks! It just takes a second – simply visit the My Loan Officer tab on your ListReports account, then enter your loan officer’s email or NMLS #.
Don’t see the loan officer? No problem! You can invite them to join ListReports by clicking the blue Invite button that appears in the drop-down menu.
Listing Shareables
Marketing kits are now available in Shareable format! With Just Listed, Open House, Under Contract, and Recently Sold options, the possibilities for sharing are endless!
Agents who are paired with a loan officer on ListReports also unlock automatic access to four, exclusive new Shareable templates under My Listings. These templates combine listing information with our award-winning area infographics.
Highlight a home’s proximity to great outdoor activities or the quality of schools in the neighborhood by selecting the template that best showcases the area — or even share multiple templates at a time to showcase different photos and neighborhood features!

In under a minute, you’re now able to share the latest housing market statistics for your area with your clients and prospects. Choose one of six beautiful templates we’ve created for displaying the data, then select your city, neighborhood, or zip code, add your own perspective, and send it out!
You’ll want to get in the habit of sharing these at least monthly, for each zip code or neighborhood you operate in — it’s a fantastic way to keep your network informed on area-specific market trends and to brand yourself as the local market authority.

Engage potential buyers on social media, and start conversations on your social channels with themed collections of listings. Each ListPack is centered around a particular home feature or commonality, designed to engage and educate an agent’s social network on listings they might be interested in within a specific market area determined by the agent. Choose from pre-curated ListPacks that update automatically to reflect the MLS, or customize your own to tailor to specific clients.

Single Property Websites
Single property websites (SPWs) are an easy way to share all the information about a listing and can be posted on social media in just a few clicks. We now have multiple options for you to choose from! You can go with our classic, colorful SPW, or choose our new, more muted black and white template with built in market data.
Each website includes:
- Home information
- Neighborhood infographics (area, schools, outdoor activities, and restaurants)
- Photo gallery
- Your contact info
- Loan officer contact info
Our new single property website includes a tab labelled “Local Housing Market” which shows helpful market information for the surrounding area, including median price, active listings, median days on market and new listings (last 5 days)!
If you have a color theme set up on your marketing kit, the icons will incorporate your primary branding color! The loan officer information has now been consolidated with the Payment Calculator and pre-qualification information within the “Financing Info” tab.

Just Sold Single Property Websites are a celebration of you! These websites are automatically unlocked when you pair with a loan officer, and are delivered once you sell a previous listing! This website can be used to share that a listing has been sold. Each website includes:

Reusable Sign Riders
By featuring your custom text-to-lead code, our reusable sign riders allow you to use one sign rider for all of your listings! When a lead texts your custom text-to-lead code, we use patent-pending geolocation technology to match their location and send them the correct single property website, which contains all the information about your listing as well as your contact information. You’ll get notified of leads that come in, too!
