What information is included in the Agent Search tab?

ListReports’ Agent Search allows you to sort the aggregate transactional data and number of buy-side transactions by a given agent in a specified area.

  • Active listings – a count of the total, currently active listings for a particular agent.
  • Median list price – the median price of an agent’s list-side transactions.
  • Days since last listing – the number of days that have passed since the last new listing.
  • Total listings (12 months) – the sum of all of an agent’s list-side opportunities over the last 12 months. This number includes listings that have been withdrawn or taken off the market without a recorded transaction.

Agent Intel Plus users also see:

  • Total sales (90 days) – the total number of buy-side transactions that the agent has recorded in the last 90 days.
  • Median sales price (90 days) – the median sale price of buy-side transactions that the agent has recorded in the last 90 days.
  • Total sales (12 months) – the total number of buy-side transactions that the agent has recorded in the last year.
  • Median sales price (12 months) – the median sale price of buy-side transactions that the agent has recorded in the last year.
