Agent Intel Connect Guide

Searching for an Agent Using Agent Intel Connect

Agent Intel Connect unlocks vital insights about agents, anytime, anywhere, by equipping you with the essential information you need to prospect effectively and cultivate valuable relationships. Agent Intel Connect provides critical production stats and tools to effortlessly create personalized marketing campaigns. Here’s how to get started:

Via text:

  1. Text the agent’s name to the phone number: 844-262-7034
  2. We will search for that agent based on the county in which your NMLS license is registered and text back key production statistics about the agent, as well as a link to dive deeper 
  3. Click on the link to open a page containing all of that agent’s details

If we have multiple results for that agent or cannot find them based on your search information, we will ask you to go into the mobile website to view the search results.

Via website:

  1. Login to your ListReports account and go to the Agent Connect button in the left-hand navigation menu
  2. Type an agent’s name in the search box, then click “Search”
  3. Click on the agent you want to learn more about to view a page containing all of that agent’s production stats and details.

✏️ A Quick Note: We base your search results on the county in which your NMLS license is registered. If you need to search outside of that area, we recommend you utilize Agent Intel, which you can access through the left-hand navigation menu.

Production Tab 

The Overview provides a snapshot of the agent’s production stats, geographical footprint, transaction and loan types, as well as some quick actions you can take to help connect with them. Need a high-level walkthrough? Click here to view a quick video.

#1 Key Insights

Key Insights provide quick information and marketing material to help you strike up a conversation and gain valuable knowledge about an agent. It’s perfect for when you are walking into a meeting with an agent or are short on time. 

Start conversations using smart emails and scripts based on agent productivity

Demonstrate your knowledge of their work and celebrate their successes with our easy-to-use call scripts and smart email templates that can be customized and sent directly from your email inbox. 

  1. Click on the hyperlinked “Get In Touch”
  2. You will be brought to the Actions tab, where you can choose to send a pre-made Smart Email or utilize a pre-written script

Creating marketing materials using key insights

  1. Login to your ListReports account and go to the Agent Connect button in the left hand navigation menu
  2. Type an agent’s name in the search box, then click “Search”.
  3. Click on the agent you want to learn more about to view a page containing all of that agent’s details and options for sending them automatically-generated marketing materials

✏️ A Quick Note: Make sure to click the “Follow Agent” button under the agent’s name to keep up to date with their future activity.

#2 Transactions

The transactions section allows you to view both the types of deals the agent is involved in, as well as the types of loans utilized.

  • Quickly assess the agent’s transaction mix using our charts
  • Click on “View loan info” to see more information such as past loan providers.

#3 Buy-side stats

Provides a quick summary of the buy-side transaction data for the agent.

  • Click “View buy-side” to see helpful charts and dive deeper into each transaction.

#4 List-side stats

Provides a quick summary of the list-side transaction data for the agent.

  • Click “View list-side” to see helpful charts and dive deeper into each transaction.

#5 Production

Use the map to see where an agent’s production footprint overlaps with your own and where it doesn’t, so you can identify opportunities in new neighborhoods or areas you are looking to break into.

Latest Intel Tab

The latest Intel tab provides contextualized data around an agent’s activity. Here are the different types of data alerts you will see in the Latest Intel tab:

Competitor: Be alerted when an agent closes a buy-side transaction. 

Social: Helps build relationships by giving you an easy way to comment and like your followed agent’s social media posts.

Prospect: Alerts that help you save time prospecting by recommending agents with similar production numbers to agents you have worked with in the past.

Connect: A helpful reminder to pair with an agent once you’ve closed a buy-side transaction with them.

Open House: If one of your followed agents has an open house, we will alert you so you can create a marketing kit for their listing. 

Connections Tab

Discover possible connections with agents to expand your network using the Connections tab. 

Agent Providers Sub-tab

Agent providers will help you identify possible agent relationships within your network.

#1 Loan:  This section offers clear breakdowns to help you assess an agent’s working patterns. You can easily determine if an agent primarily collaborates with a specific loan officer, the number of distinct loan providers they work with, and the types of loans they are involved in.

#2 Loan Providers: Use this simple table to get a quick snapshot of who an agent has worked with in the past, including the originating company and the number of loans per loan officer. With this information, you can gain a competitive edge by seeing if an agent is particularly loyal to a specific loan officer or not. 


Loan Providers Sub-tab
The Loan providers tab will assist in evaluating your competitive advantage and determining an agent’s level of loyalty to a specific loan officer.

#1 Loan:  This section offers clear breakdowns to help you assess an agent’s working patterns. You can easily determine if an agent primarily collaborates with a specific loan officer, the number of distinct loan providers they work with, and the types of loans they are involved in.

Suggested Agents Sub-tab

This tab provides suggested agents within your network for you to prospect.

#1 Agent Intel Details Page: Click on the agent’s name to expand the details, view production stats and more. 
#2 Follow: Want to start receiving intel notifications for an agent? Simply click Follow to begin receiving powerful insights such as competitor alerts for that agent. 

Actions Tab

#1 Visit an Open House

Add an agent’s upcoming open house to your calendar and create a Marketing Kit to provide the agent with everything they need to be successful at their open house.

Adding open house information to your calendar:

  1. Click the blue Add to Calendar to add open house information directly to your calendar

Creating a Marketing Kit for an open house:

  1. Click Create Marketing Kit and a new window will appear
  2. Click the drop down arrow for a list of addresses you can choose from.
  3. Click the red Next button
  4. Verify you are happy with the pre-populated marketing kit and press the red Submit button

#2 Get in touch

Save yourself time by using our pre-written smart emails and call scripts to help you connect meaningfully with any agent. 

Send latest smart email:

  1. Click on the Send latest smart email box 
  2. Choose from one of the provided email templates, which is written based on the agent’s recent activity
  3. Then click the red Use in my email button to easily open that template using your default email application

View call script:

  1. Click on the View call script box
  2. Use the tabs, Agent you know and Agent you don’t know, to choose your particular scenario

✏️ A Quick Note: The script is dynamic and is based on the agent’s recent activity.

#3 Share Resources

Help provide an agent with all the information and marketing collateral they need to close deals using our specially curated MBS Highway and ListReports tools.

MBS Highway 

Sharing all available MBS Highway reports:

Click the Share all button to send a smart email with the full suite of MBS Highway tools attached.

Sharing a specific report:

You can also choose a specific tool to share with an agent by following the steps below:

  1. Click on the report you would like to generate
  2. Select the property location
  3. Confirm if you know or do not know the agent in real life

Click preview or send it in your email using the red Use in my email button.

ListReports

Marketing Kit: Create a Marketing Kit to provide everything an agent needs to market a listing.

  1. Click Create marketing kit and a new window will appear
  2. Click the drop down arrow for a list of addresses you can choose from
  3. Click the red Next button

Verify you are happy with the pre-populated marketing kit, then press the red Submit button.

Open House Marketing: Send an open house flyer to an agent using a smart email template, saving you time and providing the agent with what they need right away.

  1. Click on the Open House Marketing box 
  2. Select the location you would like to create the document for
  3. Confirm if you know or do not know the agent in real life
  4. Click Preview or go ahead and send it in your email using the red Use in my email button

Talking Points: Show agents a sample of our popular shareable flyer, Talking Points. This will help them communicate with clients about the market at their next open house while providing their own commentary to help close their next client. 

  1. Select the location based on the drop down
  2. Choose if you know the agent in real life or not
  3. Click Preview to review the email first, or click Use in my email when you are ready to send
