What is the Agent Search tab in Agent Intel?

Why am I having issues with my email signature when using Smart Emails?
Unfortunately, in the Outlook email client, your email signature may not auto-populate. This is a known issue and you can read more about this from Microsoft here. The workaround is to simply add your signature manually before sending the email.
Am I able to review data of agents that I am not following?
Yes, you will be able to search for any agents and we’ve made it easy to follow them directly from the search results.
Am I charged for my Agent Intel Plus subscription separately?
Yes, your monthly Agent Intel Plus subscription and base ListReports® subscription will appear as separate line items on your monthly statement.
I searched for a specific agent but couldn’t find them. Why can’t I see them?
In most cases, the agent you’re searching for has not been involved in a transaction in the last 12 months in the area that you’ve selected.
Another possibility is that the agent you’re looking for identifies as a different name than what is on the official transaction record. For example you may know Maggie Johnson, but their real name on record is Margaret Jonson.
We aggregate data from multiple sources and then analyze hundreds of data points for reliability. Our data is refreshed daily but we are not perfect. We are actively acquiring additional sources that meet our quality standard to allow us to offer more comprehensive information on this area in the future.
What do I do if the data I’m seeing for an agent is incorrect?
Under the Agent Intel tab, you may report any data problems directly via the “Report data” link in the upper right-hand corner of any Agent Detail page. When you click the link, the following module will appear. Simply fill it out and click “Submit” to report any data inaccuracies directly to our support team.
Why do I have to pay more to access Agent Intel Plus?
A loan officer’s monthly base ListReports® subscription allows access to our system to advertise their services through co-branding, track agent listing production, receive inbound leads, and manage market-related ListReports compliance. By adding Agent Intel Plus, you unlock the ability to follow an agent’s buy-side and list-side production levels and receive automatic notifications when a buy-side transaction closes. We’re constantly working on adding new elements to this product so you’ll benefit from all of the changes we’re making. With this upgrade, you also see your share of wallet with each agent, as well as loan officer, loan company and loan type for each transaction, for each agent. Exciting!
