Market Insights

Market Insights is a new feature from ListReports that is automatically available to agents who are paired with a loan officer. Market Insights deepens your knowledge of local markets and gives you the ability to share those statistics and insights with your network and showcase your area expertise to clients. In order to invite a loan officer to pair with you on ListReports, click here.  

To access this feature, make sure you are logged into ListReports and click on Market Insights in the left hand navigation menu. 

How to Filter

You can filter the statistics by market data, personal production, or other agents. To do so, follow the steps below 

1. Click the drop down menu in the top right hand corner
2. Click the option you would like to use

Actionable Insights

To the right of each insight, you will see the share icon below:

Simply hover your cursor over this symbol to see what actions you have available. For example, you may see “Copy text” or “Copy text or Share this Insight”.

Share via Copy Text

You can use the copy text option if you would like to include it in an email campaign, text or other method of communication. To copy text, follow these steps below:

1. Click on the share icon
2. Click on Copy text
3. Paste the text wherever you want (Mac users can use Command+v, PC users can use Ctrl+v)

Share via Social Media Shareable  

If you would like to share an Insight using one of our template Shareables, you can do so by following the steps below:

1. Click on the share icon
2. Click on Shareable (some Insights cannot be shared via Shareables)
3. From here, you can choose which template you would prefer to use

4. Next, if you would like to make changes or edits to the text of the insight you can within the text box outlined in red below:

5. Once you are happy with the text, you can add your branding, copy the caption and choose how you would like to share the Shareable. 
6. You can paste the caption if sharing on Instagram or Facebook and post your new Shareable!
