Creating a New Marketing Kit
When creating a new marketing kit, you can add custom promotional text under the Listing details section.
There, scroll down to the Open House section, where you will find a box that looks like this:
Simply enter the text you wish to appear on your marketing materials, then click Submit. We will notify you as soon as your marketing materials are ready with your custom promotional text. (It should only take a few minutes!)
Please note, the custom promotional text will appear on all promotional flyers and postcards except for open house materials, Shareable images, and Go Green flyers.
Editing an Existing Marketing Kit
To add promotional text to an existing marketing kit, simply Edit the marketing kit by clicking the down arrow next to “View” and selecting Edit on the Marketing Kits page, or by clicking into the selected marketing kit and clicking the red Edit button.
From there, go to the Listing details section and scroll to the Open House information.
Then you can add in the desired text.
Pro tip: This is the perfect place to add a custom tagline, highlight important features of the property, or advertise your success after selling! For Just Sold flyers, this is where you can advertise how quickly a listing sold or how much over the listing price to wow the neighbors and earn more business.
