If you have an Elite ListReports® account, we can create a marketing kit for any property including:
- New Construction
- FSBO
- Coming Soon
- Builder Rental / Vacation Homes
- Custom Built Reports
- Land (if no address present, please provide longitude and latitude coordinates)
The only property type we don’t create marketing kits for is commercial properties.
Agents who are members of our Platform must certify that they are either (a) the Listing Agent or (b) have the permission of the Listing Agent to market the property before and as a condition to ordering one of our Marketing Kits. Prior to completing a Marketing Kit order, Agents must click the following box:
Custom Built Marketing Kits
Start by logging in and then click on the big red button in the top right corner that says New marketing kit. Next, type in the address like you normally would when requesting a marketing kit. If you have a reference link where we can find the listing info, please provide it so we can use the URL to create your marketing materials.
If you do not have a reference link you can add the following info via the Extra Instructions section of the request form, or by emailing us the details at support@listreports.com. We just need the following:
- Number of Bedrooms
- Number of Bathrooms
- Square Footage
- Lot Size
- Garage info
- Year built
- Price
- Minimum of 4 Photos (Required)
- Text Description (650 Character Max)
While we typically create your marketing kits within one business hour, sometimes custom requests can take up to 24 hours to complete.
