What if I forgot my username or password?

I forgot my username

Your ListReports® username is the email address you signed up with. Don’t remember your email? contact us at support@listreports.com so we can help.

If you know your email address and need to update it to a different email, you can do so by:

  1. Click Profile in the left hand navigation menu.
  2. Replace your old email address with your new email.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and press Save.

I forgot my password

From the log-in page, click the Forgot Password button.

Or, to reset your password:
Agents: Click here to reset your password.
Loan officers: Click here to reset your password.


I am getting a message saying that my connection is not secure or that the website is not safe. 

First, we want to assure you that the ListReports website is secure and that we take your account’s security seriously. Below are two troubleshooting options. You will want to use a Google Chrome window to access our site. 

How to Enable DNS Over HTTPS in Chrome option 1

1. Click on the three vertical dots in the top-right corner and select Settings.

2. Select Privacy and security on the left side.

4. Scroll down to the Security header.

5. Scroll down and enable the Use secure DNS option under the Advanced heading.

6. Select the With option, and from the drop-down menu choose Google (Public DNS)

*Note Please enter 8.8.8.8 in the text field if Google is not present within the drop-down menu.


How to Enable DNS Over HTTPS in Chrome option 2

1. In the address bar, enter chrome://settings/security/

2. Enable the Use secure DNS option under the Advanced heading.

3. Select the With option, and from the drop-down menu choose Google (Public DNS). *Note: Please enter 8.8.8.8 in the text field if Google is not present within the drop-down

If you are unable to resolve the issue using the methods above, please contact us at support@listreports.com. Please keep in mind, you may need to contact your Internet Provider as they are incorrectly flagging our site.
