What is the Activity Feed?
The Activity Feed provides a quick reference for any updates in the system. These automatic system updates are sent when certain actions take place.
What information is displayed in my Activity Feed?
The updates you can see in the Activity Feed include:
- When you create a new marketing kit in the system
- When AutoPilot creates a marketing kit
- When an agent’s loan officer requests a marketing kit for a paired agent
- When a price change occurs
- When a lead is captured via text-to-lead code
- When a listing status is updated by the system
- When a followed/paired agent has a new listing, the loan officer can create a marketing kit for that agent
All of these notifications are created automatically and cannot be edited in the system.
How do I access my Activity Feed?
To view your Activity Feed, simply click Activity Feed on the left-hand navigation column within your account.
Can I create a marketing kit from my Activity Feed?
Loan officers have the ability to create a marketing kit from the Activity Feed for a followed/paired agent. If a new listing appears, a red Create New Marketing Kit button will display. Once submitted, the marketing kit will appear on the ListReports® account.
