How do Agents Create a Marketing Kit?

Requesting a Marketing Kit

Step 1

Once you’ve logged in to your ListReports® account, simply navigate to the Marketing Kits tab and click the Create New Marketing Kit button.

Step 2

Next, enter the address of the property you need marketing materials for.

Note:

Make sure to fill out your Profile as you want it to be displayed on your marketing materials. This is the information that we use when we create your marketing kit.”

At this point, we have everything we need to create your marketing kit. You can hit Submit, or fill in the additional sections to customize your marketing material. You can use the Photo Selector tool, add the date & time of your open house, and choose a color palette. Keep in mind, these customizations are OPTIONAL.

We only need the listing address to create your marketing kit.

Step 3

Once you hit Submit, you’ll receive a beautiful 25-piece marketing kit in under one hour. 

Note:

Sitting for an open house? You can create a marketing kit for any listing, even if it’s not yours!
