Invite Agents

How do I invite an agent to pair with me?

Loan officers have the ability to invite agents to pair with them on ListReportsĀ®. It’s easy! Just follow these simple steps:

  1. From the My Agent tab, click the Invite button within the section labeled Invite Your Agent.
  2. Enter the name or email address of the agent. (Note: email is preferred)
  3. From the available options, click select for the loan officer you need to invite.
    • If you do not see the agent, click the Add New button at the bottom-right of the screen. Fill out the agent details to add that agent to our database.
  4. Click the Send Invite button to email the agent, or copy and paste the link at the bottom of the window and email it directly to that agent with your own message.

After the invite is sent, the agent must complete the next steps. The agent will need to login to their email account, view the invite, and click the accept button. If you’d like to follow up with a phone call, we’ve provided a call script, which you can access here.

Once the agent has accepted the invite, they will receive a prompt to create a new account using the email address the invite was sent to and provide a new password. This generates a free account for the agent with automatic access to additional ListReports features through your pairing.

How do I see my pending invites?

The pending invites section of the My Agents tab displays the invitations you have sent that have not been accepted yet, allowing you to keep track of which agents you have already invited to pair with you on ListReportsĀ®.

To see your pending invites, please click the View button within the section labeled Pending Invites.

From here, you can view the agent details, status of the invite, date/time it was sent, as well as the invite type. To learn more about the invite type, hover over the ? icon.

How can I re-send or delete a pending invite to an agent?

For pending invites, a loan officer has the option to manage their invites by re-sending or deleting them.

To manage an agent invite:

  1. From the My Agents tab, click the View button in the Pending Invite section.
  2. Click the Manage button on the far right.
  3. From here you will see a drop-down to either Re-send Invite or Delete Invite.
    • Re-Send Invite: a new email invite will be sent to the same email the original invite was sent to. This can be used if the agent never received the first invite email.
    • Delete Invite: this will delete the pending invite from your Pending Invite section. The previously sent email may still be received by the agent, but you will not see the pending invite on your Dashboard.

How can I view my paired relationships?

When an agent decides to pair with you, that agent will display on your Dashboard and in your My Agents section.

To view your paired agents, simply click the View button in the Paired Agents section on your Dashboard.

This will take you to the My Agents tab, where you can view your paired agents. Any agent with a green circle next to their information is paired with you.
