How do I update my inactive listing to an active listing?

From time to time, you may want to update your inactive listing to an active listing. This shortcut will help you update your marketing kits faster when they change status on the market. Once you submit the update, you’ll be at the top of our production queue!


Inactive listings: ListReports® Account

From your ListReports® account, head over to your inactive listing. You’ll be able to tell if a listing is inactive if it has a red exclamation point icon under its Status column. 


Inactive listings: Report Details page

You can also tell if a listing is inactive on your ListReports® account by clicking on View tab of the marketing kit, and going into the Marketing Kit Details page.


Changing your inactive report to an active report

When you reach either of these options, you can click the Contact Us button or link to update your inactive listing. From there, you can enter a reference link to the property and the submit the instant request. The request will process for a couple of minutes, and you’ll see the updated report on your ListReports® Account.


To update your inactive listing to an active listing, you can use reference links from:

  • Zillow
  • Redfin
  • A direct client MLS link

Note:

Do not use a Trulia link or an MLS link that requires a password.
