How do I request a marketing kit as a loan officer?

ListReports automatically creates marketing kits for all of your agents’ listings as soon as they hit the market. However, you may create marketing kits for agents anytime for any reason. You or your agents can manually request marketing kits for any listing by following the steps below!

Step 1

From the Marketing Kits tab, click the New Marketing Kit button and type in the address for the listing.

Step 2

If it’s an active listing, you’ll receive a follow-up notification providing you with a 25+ piece marketing kit featuring the information and photos from the property’s MLS listing within one business hour. If the property is not an active listing, we’ll need some more information. You can email us at support@listreports.com with all of the property information, along with a minimum of 4 photos.

Note:

Make sure to fill out your Profile as you want it displayed on your marketing material, (including your photo.) This is the information that we use when we create your marketing kit.”

Step 3

When your marketing kit request is complete, you AND the agent will both be notified and have access to the materials on your respective accounts.
