How does ListReports work for agents?

Today we’re going to show you how to create your first ListReport.
It’s easy – all you need is an address. Let’s get started!

How it works

1. Log in to your account

2. Click on the New ListReport button

3. Type in the address

4. Click Submit

That’s all we need to get started! We can typically have your ListReport completed within one business hour, and will notify you when it’s done.

We also have a few customizable options that you can select when requesting your report. You can choose which photos to include in your report, add open house information, or choose a custom color theme.

Tip:

If you have a pocket listing, new build, FSBO or other special circumstance, let us know in the Special Instructions section at the bottom.

Also, if you have a reference link with additional details please share the URL at the top in the Listing Info section.
