How does ListReports work for agents?

Today we’re going to show you how to create your first ListReport.
It is really easy and all you need is an address. Let’s get started!

How it works

1. Log in to your account

2. Click on the New ListReport button

3. Type in the address

4. Click Submit

That’s all we need to get started! We can typically have your ListReport completed in about one business hour, and we’ll send you an email when it’s done.

We’ve also given you a few customizable options that you can select when you request your report. You can pick which photos are in your report, add open house info, or choose a color theme.

Tip:

If you have a pocket listing, new build, FSBO or other special circumstance, let us know in the Special Instructions section at the bottom. Also, if you have a reference link with additional details please share the URL at the top in the Listing Info section.
