How does an agent accept my invitation?

You can (and should) invite agents to pair with you through your ListReports® account by visiting either the Home tab, or the My Agents tab and clicking on the Invite button.

Before you invite an agent, you can preview the email that will be sent to that agent by clicking on the View Agent’s Experience button. We’ve also outlined the steps in further detail below.

What does my agent see?

Step 1: Invitation email

Upon submitting an invitation from your Dashboard, the agent will receive a beautiful email with your branding. They’ll be able to understand all of the benefits of ListReports and all of the additional features they’ll automatically unlock by pairing with you.

Step 2: Sign up page

Once the agent clicks through your email invitation, they will land on a ListReports sign up page that once again features you and encourages them to complete the sign up process. Once they do, they will be paired with you on ListReports and will automatically unlock additional tools.

Step 3: Sign up is complete

The agent now has their very own ListReports® account that’s exclusively paired with yours! From here, our AutoPilot feature will make sure the newly paired agent automatically receives beautiful, co-branded marketing materials for all of their future listings without you having to lift a finger.

Don’t worry – if the agent can’t wait to try it out, they can also generate marketing kits themselves at any time!
